UK: All orders sent via Royal Mail UK first class delivery times should take 1-3 business days to arrive but due to Covid there maybe delays.

International: All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's International standard service. This service s *not* tracked. International delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination and may also be subject to import taxes.

**Please note to keep postage costs down these standard mail services are not tracked.The NRG is not liable for any merch lost during delivery process but we will provide proof of postage incase of issues with your domestic mail service.

Return Policy: Return policy for The NRG

If you are not happy with the product then please return within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are the merch and the initial postage costs, buyer is responsible for any return postage costs. Please retain proof of postage for any returns.

The NRG is not responsible for any damage during delivery but we will have proof of postage incase a compensation claim needs to be made against the delivery firm.

Please note we can't refund for any merch that has been worn, soiled, damaged by the buyer.
